Services we offer

We coordinate sales, purchases, refinances and collection escrows. We prepare limited documents in connection with those transactions, issue title insurance, and close escrow. Title insurance is limited to Cascade County properties, but we can close any Montana transaction and notarize any United States transaction as a courtesy signing. We also service collection escrows for privately-financed transactions.

Services we don't offer

We do not prepare estate documents, custom legal documents such as easements, or deeds for which we are not insuring property. Notary services are provided only in conjunction with insurance or closing transactions.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Explained everything very well and were so kind to my grandma who was sad about leaving her home and moving to assisted living. They even met us at the hospital to close escrow! I felt they went above and beyond to show compassion to my grandma. I will definitely use this company if I close another real estate transaction.
