Services we offer
We coordinate sales, and close escrow. Title insurance is limited to Cascade County properties, but we can close any Montana transaction and notarize any United States transaction as a courtesy signing. We also service collection escrows for privately-financed transactions., issue title insurance, purchases, refinances and collection escrows. We prepare limited documents in connection with those transactions
