When we took the mini-van for a test drive it was obvious that the A/C wasn't working correctly so they fixed that quickly before we took delivery of the vehicle and we had a problem getting a 2nd set of keys for the ignition but this was resolved fairly. Several weeks later we noticed the A/C wasn't working again so called them up about this recurring problem. When I brought the van in for repair they provided transportation back to my house as it would take longer to fix then me just waiting in their 'waiting room'. Several hours later they called and said it was ready and sent the courtesy van to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership, my van was repaired at no cost and the service representative could not have been more efficient and helpful, I was impressed. And since I had purchased their and quot;lifetime oil changeand quot; program I will be looking forward for them taking good care or me and my vehicle for a long time to come. A satisfied customer is a happy customer, and yes I would recommend them to anyone seeking a new or used vehicle or for repair of their present vehicle.

The price was not too good because they were quoting me one price and once I got in there they said that I had to do this and do that and things like that. By the time I got the work done I spent $1300. The first price they gave me was wonderful. They are not responsive. It takes forever to get in there. They are friendly. I would use them for detail but not for auto service.

I had my jeep towed into lithia on 2 separate dates. the first time the young women who worked at the service counter was rude to me because i didn't have a appointment. they finally got my jeep 5 hrs later. the elet. issue that would keep it from starting the 1st trip cost me 300 dollars for a inspection, tow and new battery ( they said that was the problem..LOL) the 2nd trip was a day later i had to have my jeep towed to lithia and cost me 590 dollars for a inspection, tow and new transmission temperature sensor. the following week when it would not start again i had it tow to another dealership and asked them to fix. they did for free i was so happy i traded that jeep in and will never do bossiness with lithia dodge again.

The service is usually slow, but the quality in their work shows. The service adviser Mark Moore is the only service rep we speak / schedule our service needs with because he is right on top of things. Always!
