Jtr Construction

Description of Work: Well we needed our foundation replaced and we had gotten some financing through the city to replace our basement and to put a new foundation under our house we were looking for contractors that could lift a house and do the work john aka jtr construction came to our house to put a bid in having previously moving back to town after living in alaska and he told us how much he needed this job so he could stay here and be with his family as he was calling us every day and just eager to start well it came time and he was telling us that it would be like 8 to 10 weeks well it still is not done and we are back in our house but we were out for 8 months and we are putting things back together on our own. We also had an attached garage on our house before all of this started and we knew it would have to be removed prior to lifting the house and we took out a personal loan to pay to have the garage moved to a different place on the property and we just wanted a new slab poured well as the job got under way he told us that it was cheaper and in the budget to just tear down the old one and build a new one so we were like fine and to this day 9 months later we still have no slab or garage also on our house we have problems he said he was giving us egress windows well all the windows he put in the basement non met egress code also our gas line had to be replaced he was to pay for that and we still have dirt on our property that we have paid to have taken off and is still here the guy is full of s*** and can not be trusted for anything he tells you what you want to hear and the has poor follow up he sucks and should not be a contractor of any type i would not hire him to build a dog house so we are out a garage and a poor slab in our basement that was not poured to city code and we have tried to contact him to see if he is going to fix any of it and we get no response we even tried his insurance and they told us there was nothing they could do so all around it sucks these people that claim to do the job and then take the money and leave us as home owners not able to fix things back and if it was not for us these people would have no business
