as it turned out(after the inspection)the foundation was not adequate. And our earnest money was promptly refunded

Kelly helped us with a very challenging tansition from Spain to Great Falls. Her ability to locate just what we needed was above and beyond what we expected in buying and transitioning to our first house. She sold us the house in 2007 but I put 29Mar2013 because since then she has never failed to be there for us in anything we needed. She is not just a sales agent, she is an all around service specialist and friend. Over the years since the purchase, she has ensured a new furnace was installed when I was away with the military, assisted the renters in my house while I was deployed to Afghanistan, and helped in so many other ways it is impossible to list them all. Bottom line is that she is the best and I have recommended her to everyone that has arrived in Great Falls.
