The plumbing inspector listed five faults. My building contractor listed many more. For example, the bathtub drain was put in the wrong place, as was the drain for the bathroom sink. There was no trap put below the kitchen sink. There was no way to prime several of the drains, which lead to the house filling up with sewer gas. The heating system was a complete failure. After a mountain of phone calls to Ginnaty Plumbing, because I had no heat what-so-ever, I had to install a wood stove in the middle of winter. It's been more than a year and I still have no heat. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but Ginnaty Plumbing refuses to engage in negotiations. I've filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency, but they don't really do anything. I spent a gazillion dollars, I have no heat, and my house smells of swamp gas.
