There were some mistakes made on my appraisal that pushed back my closing date by two weeks and could have went elsewhere and got the same loan terms with a quicker turnaround on the appraisal. My loan officer, Stephanie Hartman and Mike Hennessy(Supervisor) stepped up and made it right in a big way. After they had realized the error they made the customer service was top notch. The only down side to their usual loan process is appraisal takes 5 to 6 weeks. I will definitely continue to work with this bank.
