About us
Dusty's offers seasonal services and repairs, service plans, estimates and installation, sod and landscaping services, and sells parts and supplies. Dusty's can protect your investment in an irrigation system by providing quality service for years to come. Dusty's designs, installs, and maintains custom underground residential and commercial sprinkler systems. Dusty's is a family owned small business. We use only quality products which are made to last. We employ a dedicated service team each season. Our install crews take pride in their dedication to customers, perseverance, and expertise in the field. Learning the trade from his father Mike, and with his help, Dustin Bergstrom started Dusty's Sprinklers in 1989; during his Freshman year at Highwood High School. He began by installing a few hand-dug systems for local teachers before investing in equipment. Dustin then employed a few close friends and family members; some who are still with Dusty's today. An original goal of earning funds for college transformed into a lasting and fulfilling career. Almost 30 years later, Dusty's continues to install and service sprinkler systems in and around Great Falls, MT.

"Very glad we could help, thank you for the note!"
"I'm new to Dusty's as of this March; so I'm playing catch up! It's common practice for us to not charge for a call back service if we missed something on our first visit. From our software program, it looks like we came to [Member Information Removed] for a start up service on 5/3/16; we also replaced two pop up rotors and two nozzles (invoiced at $104). Our next service was on 7/6/16; we were called to replace a broken sprinkler head (invoiced at $96.50). If the head had been broken since 5/3/18, and we missed it on our first visit, we wouldn't have charged for a service call on the second visit; only the parts. Since I wasn't employed in 2016, I can't confirm that. Just responding to the review; hope all has been well! -Erin, Office Coordinator"
