Vehicle has had a message light coming on quite frequently. I described in detail what I had done to check it out. This problem is covered in the manufacturer's shop manual. After leaving the car in the shop all day long, they called and said they did not know what was wrong and ran out of time to do more tests so wanted to keep it there longer. They did seem to have time to do a complimentary overall vehicle check and even offered to wash the car (I had just washed it the day before).
They did not feel bad about charging the $110 to tell me the same thing that I had told them what was wrong.
This was the second time I have taken a Ford to the dealer only to be told after keeping the vehicle all day that they didn't know how to fix it.

I like that Bison Ford give you a ride home if you need it. I thought their price was high.
