I have rented from this company for 8 years. I think they are terrific. My maintenance issue have always been taken care of right away. Even though I have been late on rent a few times they have been very understanding. This is one of the few companies in town that happily rent to pet owners. I would highly recommend them, plus they don't charge application fees, which is nice.
