Called him and left message with no response first time; second time caught him going to dump with him suggesting I call at noon; did so, left message. Two days later he did get back to me, apologizing for slow response, came over and  looked at the flashing problem,  stating he would tar under the flashing, smooth it off, tar under shingles over flashing. Service done the 24th; thought  the cost was pretty steep.

He claimed that he would make it nice and sealed for me. Today is June 18, 2015.  I'm trying to sell my house thinking the roof was the least of my problems.  This is not the case.  He simply painted it with some cheap sealant that cracked and turned black.  I have left two messages, texted him a picture of the damages (his shubby work), and a copy of the receipt that I had to write out by hand that he signed.  Still no reply.  I wish I could upload the pictures that the Home Inspector provided me.  IT'S REALLY BAD!  Now I will have to pay someone else to repair it again after him.  The "really good seal" only last nine months.
And the guy referencing the cigarette butts is spot on!!

After a horrible experience with another person. We called Allen Hall to install a new roof. It was installed the next day. His crew is fantastic. Their professional services exceeded their expectations. We were given a bid, insurance and license paperwork. Allen is a professional and we were fortunate to find him and his crew to install our roof. We highly recommend him for anyone needing a new roof or fixes etc. Alan Hall is well known around town and highly recommended.

Alan and his crew were exceptional and very responsible. Their workmanship was of high standards. Everyone that worked was pleasant and professional. I would recommend his service to anyone needing a roof replaced.

Work was done quickly with care taken not to track the new shingles when it got too hot. Do to weather, they had to come back on Saturday morning to finish up. They installed adequate ventilation turtle shells on all areas of the roof. The job was done as well an a professional roofer can do.

Contractor submitted a written bid for promptly. He completed the project quickly.

He give me honest information about my roofing options; because I was selling the home I went with an overlay, rather than remove the shingles and start anew.

Satisfied with the work.

These guys have excellent work ethic, good prices and their work is great. When weather delayed them during the week they were here on the weekend to get the job done. Super nice, hard working and honest guys.

Great. previous quote from a competitor was $8000.00. The previous roof was 25 years old but in good condition, shingles were showing a little age. I was quoted $8000.00 by another company and it didn't seem right. I was referred to Alan by a friend that had him replace a roof. I called Alan on Monday, he had the quote ready on tuesday and the job was completed on Wednesday and Thursday. He did a great job with cleanup and overall it was an excellent experience.
