General Remodeling
Jake, the owner, has always been honest and timely with us. When a disaster such as water damage occurred they got right to the job, and didn't over charge us. This often occurs when a contractor feels you have no choice but to get it done.
We selected a window brand and style cor ourhome. Jake told us that in his experience that may not like them once there in. He suggested a different brand and we went with it. I should say too that Three Rivers didn't make any commission on the sale because I had ran the window purchase through my own commercial account. Jake just wanted the best for our budget.
On the water damaged apartment, they helped in advising what should be replaced, and what would be ok to build over. Helping the keep unnecessary costs down, but still end up with a safe and lasting remodel.
