Jake, the owner, has always been honest and timely with us. When a disaster such as water damage occurred they got right to the job, and didn't over charge us. This often occurs when a contractor feels you have no choice but to get it done. We selected a window brand and style cor ourhome. Jake told us that in his experience that may not like them once there in. He suggested a different brand and we went with it. I should say too that Three Rivers didn't make any commission on the sale because I had ran the window purchase through my own commercial account. Jake just wanted the best for our budget.
