From the first phone call, Jim Ayers was "can do" and professional. This stood out from the other contractors that had lists of roadblocks.
He immediately understood the issues with our flooded out dams as well as the necessary permits and players.
He was able to coordinate all of the above, mobilize his equipment, manpower and concrete seamlessly.
We had both weather issues increasing damage issues that he handled with experienced, calm precision.
Never once did I doubt that he would get it done right and in the best possible way for all of the stakeholders.
What I didn't expect is that he would also get it done on time and on budget,
There is just nothing more to ask of a professional.
I would strongly recommend Ayers without any reservations and with full confidence.
I know that I will use them again.
