One of the problems I had was with one of my systems. It was 1.Pound 6oz of freon in one of my systems. They told me that freon cost them $110. I found that hard to believe, so I come in and I did google it. The cost of freon is 23, so they're way overcharged for the price of freon. I would probably use them with care. It was only $110 for freon, I would've checked it out before.

Awesome! They even did some research and got us an energy refund.

The work was completed to my satisfaction, and he even came back a few days later to change the way the humidifier was set up, and he didn't charge anything for that visit.

Everyone I dealt with from Linda who answered the phone to Neal and Mark who came out to perform the service was great.
Neal came out a few hours after I called and determined the compressor was dead.  He gave me options for a replacement of just the part, or a whole new unit.  Since it made more sense to go with a total replacement, he ordered it immediately.
It was delivered and installed the next morning by his brother (and assistant whose name I did not get). 
They were efficient, professional, courteous and friendly.  I can't recommend these guys highly enough.  They did a great job and explained everything to me.  Linda back at the office got my new unit registered to extend my warranty, and Mark explained all the terms to me.
The price was very reasonable.  I will definitely have them back to do the annual clean/check ups on the unit.
I'm happy to support a well established local business that gives prompt and honest service.

It is a local company. The price was reasonable. They were very friendly. They came out, gave us the options of what we could put in, and explained what they thought would be the best. They did a really good job. They came out at the time that they said they were going to, got the work done, and did not leave a mess which is always good.

I am somewhat of a DIY'er so I like to watch and learn.  Neal was extremely knowledgeable and professional and more than willing to share his knowledge.  I could tell he has a passion for his craft.  I felt like he was completely honest with me explaining my options and letting me make the decision without pressure or doubts.  Unfortunately it looks like the leak will necessitate a new unit.  We were hoping to make it to next season.  The unit is 15 years old so its time.  I plan to have Eureka Heating & Cooling install the new A/C and furnace combo.  I had requested a bid and even though they knew it was likely I wouldn't be installing a new unit until next year, they promptly sent me some bid options.

Very well. I got 5 estimates for this job and while 1 was around $6,000 the others were very similar - within about $100.00. I chose Eureka H\C because my Brother-In-Law had a very good experience with them. They were professional, knowledgable, competent and very friendly. I did have one minor concern with the routing of the cables but they addressed it immediately. I am very pleased.
