No problems excellent service.

Everything was ok and my pet came back just fine.

Our dog seemed comfortable with the staff and they remembered things about him from his last stay. When we picked him up, he was newly bathed and brushed and looked gorgeous. He clearly was very and quot;at homeand quot; in the surroundings and knew his way around the building. He wasn't and quot;wiredand quot; which meant he had enough excercise for the 5 days that we were gone.

We dropped our dog off with his bed, food, little coat and blankets. The gal who was working there in the evening showed us to our dogs area. We put a little bed outside in the corner of the outside run with a blanket. We placed another bed inside on a raised bed area with another blanket. We used our own bowls for water although they do supply them. The paper work was already done over the phone before we arrived that morning. They call your vet to check your pet is up to date on his shots. Your dog needs a kennel cough vaccination, which was included with his 1 year old shots. When we picked up our pet he was very happy.

First time boarding our dog - was nervous about doing so. When I called, the employee was very friendly. She enouraged us to bring our dog's own bed and a toy to make her feel more at home.When we arrived to drop her off, the staff person was very accomodating. She let us take our time telling Maddi goodbye - didn't feel like she was rushing us or anything. When we picked her up 2 days later, another staff person greeted me. He also was very kind. He told me enjoyed having Maddi stay with them, that she was such a nice dog, etc.Maddi seemed well taken care of and was happy,.

Very nice kennels, very clean, well maintained. It is a nice place for the dogs to be. When I returned, I found my dogs in good health and I was pleased with the way that they were looked after. Only negative thing about them is that they don't take credit cards but check and cash only.

It was all very well done. Both dogs were safe and well cared for. The groomer did an excellent job on my collie -- helooked beautiful and liked being brushed when I brought him home much more than he had before the stay. This will be our regular groomer from now on.
