Response time was great, they showed up within 30minutes of my calling them (which was two days after the incident because of the insurance company).Doubled checked how I was drying stuff out. Made some suggestions on better ways to proceed. Did not start any demolition until they could be there and get it done at once. We about a 10day waiting period before the demolition was started. But our damage was drying out and under control so the waiting period was not an issue.Orchestrated all of the needed contractors for the project and dealt well with the insurance company for me. Having never had an insurance claim before, I needed all the help that I could get.Made sure that the insurance adjustor was well aware of what problems we were running into so that there would not be an issue with what was being paid for. A great example of this is the tub/shower. The old tub broke upon removal and we had to install a new tub and shower. Not an easy feat in a modular home. Especially since the tub/showers that are installed in the modular homes are strange shapes and sizes and you can't just go get one at the local hardware store. They were able to make adjustments to the walls to make the new tub fit without a problem. Overall the project took a little longer than was originally thought, but that was because of all the speed bumps that we ran into and not because of the contractor. Original we thought we could be done in 3 to 4 weeks and it took approximately 5 to 6 weeks from start to finish. But once again, not the contractors fault. We were working on a modular and nothing with a modular is easy!I would definitely hire Bodie and Lane Clean again. My only small issue was the clean up at the end of the day. Some days they came in and cleaned up at the end of day, other days there was a mess left behind. But that is to be expected with a remodel...so you can't really complain to much about that. And the only reason that this was even an issue was because I have kids, and you trying keeping a 7 and 9 year old out of an area where things are being ripped out and new stuff going in, especially when you are still living in the house at the time of the remodel. It is next to impossible to do. So when things didn't get cleaned up the kids would end up dragging the mess all over the rest of the house. The overall project cost can in around $11,000.00. This was for all of the subcontractors, materials, and labor. Lane Cleans direct portion of that was around $5,000.00. Don't hesitate to call these guys if you need restoration work done.
Description of Work: Flood damage repair.Removal of Sheetrock, dry out of walls, insulation, mold removal, carpet removal. We had to strip 3 rooms down to the studs in the walls and then rebuild them. Also included redo of the subfloor. I would consider this a full remodel of a modular home master bedroom, bathrrom and closet.
