Bandy Appraisal is a local service provider in business for 24 years. Bill has been an appraiser for 50 years since his start in 1974 with the State of Montana. He is a general appraiser which encompasses all types and sizes of real estate appraisal. He recently brought his daughter in to continue the hometown commitment to clients in the Southwest area of Montana. We specialize in commercial, ranches and rural properties. We uphold a standard of integrity bound by fairness, honesty and personal responsibility. Above all, we are watchful of our customer's interests, and make their concerns the basis of our business.
