The person was not reliable. When cleaning, rather than picking up an object and dusting under it, she just dusted around the outer edge. Unacceptable.

Every time Christina comes to clean my home she is very thorough. She is pleasant to be around and takes her time to give me a great cleaning. I don't know what I'd do without her.
