Denman gave a detailed bid including estimates for fixtures, worked with an architectural design we provided, and selected local material providers, plumbers, electrician, company carpenter (who was the on-site general contractor), and painter They timed construction to begin while we were on vacation at our request and provided a web-site to view the demolition phase of the project (as well as all phases, however we returned home soon after the demolition phase. If any problems arose in material ordering or timing of subcontractors arrival we were quickly informed. They also promptly worked out any changes we needed or fixed any problems we encountered. We were extremely satisfied with their professionalism.

One of their employees is a son of a friend of ours. We got a bid from them. So far, they are attentive to their time frame. They have matched what they said they would do. They have been good with keeping us informed on everything that's happening. They have posted the progress of the work online so we can keep track of it.
