Ken and his crew cleaned 39 units in 2 days and called management as soon as the job was completed. The job was completed 2 days early and took less work than expected so we got a 10% discount. Billing was in management's inbox 30 min after the work was completed.
Enthusiastically satisfied and will definitely continue to use Air-Pro for this service.

Coury (from Air Pro) arrived and it was immediately apparent that he was an honest, cheerful guy. Not for a moment were we concerned with him roaming our house, cleaning ducts while we worked from home. He was extremely kind, and cheerful the entire time he was with us and after telling us how presumably the pervious owner had sabotaged our home for the new owners (as can sometimes happen with a bank-owned home) Coury cleaned things up so that we were safe to use our furnace in northwest Montana. He saved us!
The owner, Ken, was also extremely kind and concise on the phone—very welcoming and complimentary of his field personnel (Coury in particular).

When the furnace would not start later in the day, he gave up his planned activity of the evening to return to help me. His attitude, and that of the owner, remained professional, customer service centered, and full of integrity. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone, and I have been, as word of mouth is powerful.
