Helena Weed Control LLC

I was looking to start killing the weeds on our land and contacted Helena Weed Control. I left a message and received a call back after about a week. I was told they would come out to look at the land to give me an estimate and to expect a call back in 1 to 2 days. That was 9 days ago. I have left them 4 messages since in an attempt to prod them to contact me again, but they seem to just ignore the messages. I understand that businesses can be too busy to take on new work, but to make call back appointments and then avoid the client is downright bad practice and lacks professionalism. It is a shame as a neighbor also hoped to use them and I have explained to my neighbor about how they lack professionalism and how they seem to work with contacting potential customers. At this point I would not use them and will soon contact other weed control businesses in the Helena area.
