He removed all of the weeds, and there was a full 1/2 arce of weeds on our lot!!!. He then leveled everything. The contactor that built our house did not put the topsoil back around the house, so this had to be done also. As with most Montana
lots there was not a lot of topsoil on our property so 112 yards needed to be added. This was all spread and leveled in front and back. One one side of the house we wanted to have gravel added so that we coud park our trailer there. He suggested that we should us crushed asphalt and we are very happy with the results.The extended culvert was added so that we could easily use that side of our house for parking.
Overall a lot of work and done very professionally.
