SUPERIOR DOOR LLC

Ordered garage door on 10/15/2015...According to their paperwork required 75% down to place order...then advised us we needed to pay 80% (this is what it came out to)...that was fine...Dianna advised us it would be received in 2 weeks...installed the week after received...WRONG!! This is where everything appeared to go south on this deal! On 11/09 my husband called for a status update of our door as no communication from this Company since the date of order...Dianna advised she would look it up and call him back said she had 2 trucks coming in that day....3 days later (11/12) I called and left a message to call us regarding our garage door as to status....no response.....Now I am getting pretty irate by now...called them again on 11-16 at 11:30 am...Dianna said she would check on it and call me back right after lunch....no response again, so I called back at 3:50 on 11/16..talked to another lady...advised her we were pretty upset that we were still waiting for an answer to what SHOULD have been an easy question!! Advised her that we have other ongoing work to be done at our house and need to schedule the others so we wouldn't have too much going on at a time...ie use of our driveway....... Finally Dianna called us back at 4:00pm and wanted to schedule her workman (Jason...ahhh, Jason, the ONE bright spot in this saga!) She advised us he could be here at 8:30-9 am to start work but then would need to leave our location to unload the trucks...SAY WHAT??? So, she wanted us to just leave our garage unsecured for heaven knows how long while he was back at the shop!!?? Advised her that that was NOT going to happen..he could come after the truck was unloaded and do the installation..Also advised her we wanted a courtesy call before he was enroute so would know when work was to start..Good thing we put the skids to the split installation....Jason called at 2:00pm and was onsite at 2:23pm ... We have NO problems with Jason or any of his work...he did a fantastic installation job and we are very happy with his work...I do think Dianna needs to attend a Customer Service workshop as to how TO and how NOT to treat a customer...Also, the job overran the original bid/cost which we would have known had they done a job pre-survey!!! Would I hire Jason again? Yes, would I deal with Dianna again.....NOOOOOOO!!!!
