Russ Schwandt

I was looking for a house in Butte, MT, when I emailed Russ Schwadt when I was living two states away.  He emailed me back and gave me information that I requested.  When I did go to Butte, Russ was helpful in showing us houses.  He would point out problems with houses.  Even when he could have suggested buying a house he did not.  We looked at dozens and dozens online.  When we came to Butte, we looked at several houses. It was not until our second trip that we found a house that was in great condition.  I had some medical issues due to some injuries and cannot work on houses like I did when I was younger.  The house we eventually purchased was updated and in like new condition.  Russ also was excellent at giving me advise on a heating contractor.  The heating contractor, Royce Fox, of Fox Heating did excellent work installing an entire new forced air gas furnace.  The home was in great condition, but was a habitat for humanity type house that only used a gas fireplace for heat.  Royce put in the furnace and also pre-plumbed it for air conditioning which we plan to add in the summer.
