Initially, we were VERY impressed with the work of the 2 gentlemen who worked for the cleaning service. The sparkling clarity of the first kitchen windows, led us to adding to the initial bid. We cleared that with the boss, but it was after that that things slowly fall apart.
It was a big job to start with and the addition of a few extra windows and storms made the job too big for two workers in one day. However, that wasn't acknowledged by the cleaners and the job just got sloppier as the day went on. The windows hadn't been cleaned in years and there was some paint, etc. to deal with, so it was big job, but we were paying pretty well for it too.
At the end of their long day, I asked the guys to tidy up a few panes they had missed. This was done a little begrudgingly (again it was a long day), but they were getting to it. However, the next part burned me. The owner was having trouble running my credit card, but as soon as it cleared, the workers disappeared! I was fixing to give them each a tip for their hard work that day, but they were just GONE without saying a word?! This struck me as very rude and unprofessional. They also left a couple poorly done windows that I cleaned up later. This, of course, reminded me that you should never pay in the middle of a job or at the end…. until the work is verified.
I was going to just write it off to a learning experience, but as I went to put my storm windows back on this winter, that's when the very hurried part of the job showed up. The storm windows were very poorly cleaned. I had wrapped the storms and put them in the attic, so they would stay clean. Now, I have beautiful, clean windows with very streaky and in some cases cloudy storm windows. They definitely dropped their work ethic when it came to the end of the day and the storms were all that was left.
I have mixed emotions about the experience as there was great work through much of the day, but really poor follow through and a surprising lack of professionalism in following up with whether the job was finished right. They got paid and they ran for it.

Montana Professional Services are very professional. They do an excellent job cleaning and do everything efficiently. I would refer them to anyone. They have worked very well around our busy schedule.

This company has complete attention to details. They give you a bid and they stick to it. I could not be happier with the condition of my home or the services provided.

Because of starting our own new business, our work schedules are hectic and long. We enjoy a clean, tidy home, and we just found no time to perform this important task. Montana Professional Cleaners sent us a flyer with their information on it, so we called and talked to the owner. We then checked out their website and filled out the applicable form for an estimate. We agreed on a price ($90/cleaning) for our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo, and set up a time for their one-time deep cleaning. They came and did an excellent job on the condo, so we signed our contract and had them clean the carpet on their 2nd time through. That was yesterday, and I have to say, we are pleased with the results. I recommend this service to anyone who needs it and cares about using 'green' products within their home.
