Was matched with Mile High Painting through Angi. Cory Plute did not perform the job as he contracted to do. He contracted to paint interior walls, trim and doors. We specifically discussed beforehand the need to sand and apply oil-based primer to the trim and doors prior to painting, as they have a polyurethane coat. This was not done as he described--some things were primed, but nothing was sanded. The finish is poor quality and overall very sloppy. Several doors no longer close. Paint is peeling off. Some hinges were ruined. He refused to correct any defects, instead demanding more money than the agreed upon contract price. He was ill-tempered and uncomfortable to deal with. Would not recommend--he may ruin your home.
