Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Yes, I recommend this pro
$4,515
Russ Schwandt, an excellent Realtor, gave me the name of Royce Fox with Fox heating.  Russ highly recommended Royce and said his pricing was reasonable.  I purchased a house that only had a gas fireplace for heating a four bedroom house.  The house had a house fan installed that would then circulate air.  I was concerned this was not enough for the house. Upon inspection, Royce found the gas fireplace showed signs of overuse and pointed this out to me.  I realized I wanted a gas forced air fireplace that I could also add air conditioning to.  Royce gave me a bid and stuck to it.  The installation included all air vents for every room and a cold air vent return.  This was a lot  of work under the house.  The furnace is high efficiency and he point out NW Energy would give me a rebate for the furnace and programmable thermostat. Royce just stopped by today, 4-1-14, and signed off on the NW Energy form.  I am very pleased with Royce's work.  His son occasionally helps Royce.  Both are good people.  I was living out of town.  Royce had a key to my house.  He even checked on it as he drove by on the cold days to make sure the house was being heated.  He said he could tell by the venting of the furnace (from his vehicle) that the furnace was working.  When I was visiting here, the new gas hot water tank, that was here when I purchased the house stopped heating water.  The water heater company send the part in one day and Royce put it in within minutes.  Excellent service.
