I have been with this cellular phone company for 6 years. I went in to renew our contract and upgrade phones and get internet service with them. Once I got the new phones and air card we started having problems recieving in coming phone calls. If we lost service and then picked the network back up again, our phones and air card would not register with the network and all incoming call would go directly to our voicemails.
It is now the middlle of February 2012 and I have been trying to get this issue fixed since July of 2011. I have had to purchase at my own expense, two sets of new phones, and a new air card. We have changed SIM Cards twice and nothing has solved the problems. When you call their customer service they will tell you it is a phone setting and won't listen to what your actual problem is! They are rude and getting to someone that can help you is next to impossible. Also they will tell you that they have to do a call back and then they never call you back!
In the last 7 months I have paid them for $1050.00 worth of service that was spotty at best, plus purchased new phones twice. My running total into this is close to $1500.00 when you include the gas to travel back and forth to the store which is over 70 miles away one direction. And not once have they offered to give me a bill credit on my account for anything.
Not only that but they sent me a "LOANER" phone and then proceeded to charge me for it.
If I didn't have such a great and inexpensive plan I would drop them in a heartbeat, the problem is I can't find another cell phone company with a comparable plan cost wise.
I would not recommend these guys for anything! Save yourself the headache and pick a different cell phone company!

Very frustrating. I have had problems with my bill and company representatives are not at all responsive. I am promised call backs but they are slow in coming if at all. The company seems unwilling to correct mistakes over billing. They provide no general communications with customers. For example, the terms of my plan were changed to my advantage and they didn't communicate about that. Their (611) customer service provider is not familiar with their plans and I was getting conflicting information. I wrote to the CEO of the company once months ago and never received even an acknowledgment that my letter had been received.
