Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
The owners insisted that the stones were not changed at all and did not offer any explanations to the information I have to indicate better color and grade of diamond. I had to even ask for the old stone that was being replaced, they were not even going to give it back without a request! They trated me rudely and unprofessional.
