appliance repair
+ -1 moreFirst, Amana set up an appointment with Bowman and they never showed. When called they laughed at Amana's system and said they would call us when they would be able to come out for the service call. At least two months went by with no phone call whatsoever. We called them and set an appointment for 3 pm today. They didn't show and no one answered the phone at 4:30 when we called. A few minutes later, it was discovered they had called wife's phone 3 mins before the appointment saying he didn't know where we were located. This was not the contact number given to them. Called the cell number given on the voice mail and got their voice mail. Waiting to see if they call back. Warranty runs out in two weeks.
Description of Work: Needed warranty repair or replacement of an ice maker on an Amana refrigerator.
