Homeowners do be careful because this operation seems either incompetent or unethical. I requested service for Heating zone problems. The technician replaced a zone valve and charged for diagnosing the system. Days later system is still broken. I checked the pressure in the expansion tank. Added air to the pressure system to normal. 5 minutes of my time and system fixed. Williams’ service manager complete silence!

Plumbing technician was prompt, courteous and completed the install ok. Took a little longer than what I anticipated. Bozeman area is pricey and appointment times are 2-3 weeks out so not an issue with the install, just dealing with booming Bozeman. I would use them again, just plan ahead if possible for the appointment.

He was very upfront and said that this is not something that he works on, because it requires an electrician. Otherwise, he was friendly and he did not charge us for the visit.

It was good. They are very professional. I think they are probably high but we have never used anybody else, so I don’t have much to compare with. They are the only ones we use.

I have a neighbor who uses Williams' services for their utility needs, and they were highly recommended after I found a leak coming from my water heater. Once I called Williams, I was directed to the repairs lady, Melissa. She was extremely friendly and seemed genuine about wanting to help me. After taking down my information and asking me specifics about my situation, she told me her next available plumber could come fix it the next day. She offered to call me if a plumber had extra time that day to come over, which I declined (since is was a very manageable leak), but was very glad she had offered. The next day I met the plumber at my place and showed him the leak. He was happy to explain to me exactly what was leaking and how he should be able to fix it. I left it to him and after awhile a short time he had fixed the leak. He showed me what he did and offered advice on how to prevent a leak in the future. He gave me his card and told me to call anytime in case any other issues arise. I was very impressed how professional and sincere he was. He even commented on how well-behaved and beautiful my German Shepherd, Dax, was! I will be using Williams in the future for any plumbing and heating problems I have.

Upon their arrival, they said that they sewer pipe would need to be cleaned and tv'd first before they could do anything. I wouldn't have minded that, but they charged me $1040.18 just to do that. I had the same job done before for $250. There was three guys that showed up. One guy had a tv set to do the camera work, and he basically stood there for 3 1/2 hours doing nothing. Just him by himself cost me $262.50. They promised me that they would try to keep the bill under $650, then I got the bill and it was $1040.18 and when I called the supervisor, Taylor, said that he told me he would keep the bill under $1000. They seem professional and competent, but I thought it was very pricey. So after all that, I still haven't got the work done, that I originally needed done.

I know they charge you to come to your house from their shop. I was not pleased and quit in an angry state for being overcharged. I will not use them again in the future.

Septic backed up on us late on Friday afternoon. We got in touch with Steve and he came by about 5 pm and tried to make it work but without success, line frozen. Steve arranged for septic pump on Saturday and was in touch throughout the weekend. He came back on Monday or Tuesday for further diagnosis. Steve's tenacity and concern are rare.

These morons had to come to the house five times, with the final trip being to paint a giant hole they cut in the side of our house w/o permission. This company is unresponsive, and insists on charging full fare, even when they continually drop the ball. Avoid this company, or buy stock in KY.
