+ -1 moreRepair and service was acceptable. However, Mr. Whitmer was very misleading in his quote for the job. We requested a quote for the entire job, yet the quote he initially provided ($210) was, he subsequently claimed, just for the first part of the job. Thus we had to pay an additional $91 to complete the work. Since we obviously wanted a quote for the total job in order to decide whether to do the repair, this was very misleading and unprofessional. I would not use this service again.
