They came and picked up my vehicle, performed an in-depth detail cleaning of the interior as well as shampooing the floors and seats. They washed the exterior beautifully and they were able to accommodate an earlier return than was originally planned for. Super easy to communicate with.

I only had to wait about three days for them to fit me into the schedule. A staff member picked up my car from work on the morning of my appointment. The detail work was done that day and my car was delivered back to my office parking lot by the end of the day. The invoice was waiting in the car with a new cleaning cloth as a thank you gift from the company. I will use them again next month to detail the car I purchased after selling the first one they detailed for me.

This Concierge Service is included in the price and is totally worth it because it saves so much time. My car was detailed inside and out and all the rubber seals got treated to. No white polish marks or residue anywhere and they use a trimshine that doesn't leave any awful smells in the car. The microfiber they leave in the car at drop off is a great little extra that I still enjoy to the day! I can just wipe down my dash and it looks nice and shiny to keep my car looking great.
