Eric estimated our project at 3-4 months, it took him nearly 12 months to finish the project. That isn?t the worst of it. He offered a 100% satisfaction guarantee we asked him to come back and modify a few things add some insulation and a vent in the HVAC he promised to do so. We put down a $900 dollar deposit and waited and waited. Now his VM is full and he won?t respond to our emails. I?d be careful working with this guy and definitely donor pay him until you?re satisfied.
