Silverdale did an outstanding job insulating our ceiling for a somewhat tricky remodeling project. Communication was excellent from the outset. Within a few days, James came out to inspect the job, make recommendations and provide a bid. He made a second trip to review the job after I'd done some additional framing and prep work. He maintained regular contact to update me posted on the work schedule. The crew was well-organized, efficient and professional. They did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. Excellent service! Our crawl space was flooded due to negligence on the part of a well driller. The rolled insulation was sopping wet all. James responded quickly, removed all of the wet insulation so our crawl space would dry out faster, and cleaned up all of the mess. He then returned with his crew and sprayed in new foam insulation. He was great to work with, did a great job, was very neat and conscientious, and just a pleasure to deal with.

Every once and awhile you might get the opportunity to work with a contractor that restores your faith in the building industry. James and his crew showed up on time, stayed true to the bid, explained the process thoroughly and left the building site cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend to anyone that needs insulation and will definitely work with Silverdale again.

James responded to our request for a quote the next day, a Sunday. After our discussions and scheduling, our project was done within 10 days. James and Mike were efficient, pleasant and the work and cleanup were done well. They are definitely our first choice for any other spray foam projects.

James had to come out twice to complete the upgrading of the insulation in the attic. He did not complain about that at all. He did us a great job. I would recommend him and his company to anyone that has a need for an insulating contractor.
