I am not really happy with them. A year and a half ago, I switched from a different Network to Direct TV. At that time, the representative from Direct TV said, if I switch and I use my American Express credit card, I would get a $100 gift or something. I talked to them a number of times and finally they sent me a letter and said that they are not responsible for that. They said it was a difficult provider responsible for it. They just denied it. As of now, I don't have a problem with them except that $100 thing. I am planning to switch to other provider in the future.
