Property Management
This company - Property Partners of Montana - took over the running the rental we were in. I thought “Great! Just another company to try and hound me or ignore me.” I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. I had an issue with the kitchen faucet spraying water all over when turned on. I called and they had a guy over the next day to fix the faucet… on the Weekend! I was expecting some kind of charge but I did not get a bill or anything. Anytime we did have to call they were professional and solved our problem or answered my questions. When we were getting ready to move we got a checklist of what we needed to do. They met with us and told me what need more cleaning to get my money back. It’s good to know there are some good Rental managers here in Bozeman!
