My wife and I were very pleased with the result. There were a lot of minor pet stains and mud stains that had accumulated over the last two years and not one of them was visible after the cleaning. The carpets looked new. Jason also had no problem removing the stains from the recliner.
I thought the pricing was fair and appreciated Jason going over the pricing details with me. Pricing per square foot varied depending on whether furniture was to be moved or not and whether Scotch Guard was to be applied. Cleaning stairs also cost more per square foot. Pristine Cleaning also offered a massive 20% discount for same day payment.
We've been completely happy with the work both times we used Pristine Cleaning and will definitely be going to them again in the future.
