They were prompt and professional. The report was complete and easy to read.

Pristine provided a cookie cutter approach to home inspection. I couldn't be at the house during the inspection and asked for a lot of pictures to document the conditions. Also requested several other items that weren't done. Several items that were not documented in the report would have stopped me from the purchase. Pristine sells a and quot;standardand quot; inspection so don't deviate from what they want to provide.

Everything went perfectly. Steve arrived at the property on time. He did a very thorough inspection, and identified even the problems that I normally would have considered as minor details that the inspector wouldn't necessarily look for. Even though the property wasn't very large, he spent rather long time going through everything in detail. Once he completed the inspection, Steve took the time to explain everything that he identified as potential issues with the house. I wasn't very knowledgable about most construction related issues, yet Steve was amazingly effective explaining everything in the terms I could understand. Furthermore, Steve was available to answer any questions that I had later. He also performed a followup inspection to make certain all repairs we asked for were done properly with no additional charge. Given this was my first house inspection experience, I don't think anyone could have done better job. I highly recommend this company to anyone who prefer services with no detail overlooked.
