Peak Property Management

The landlord pocketed the rent money we paid him instead of using it to pay the mortgage. He also didn't pay homeowner association dues for several months. He then told Peak Property Management that we never paid our rent. Peak Property Management then accused me of being a liar and not paying our rent when I disputed this claim. I will now have to move because the bank desires to auction the property, and the homeowner's association dues will remain unpaid because Peak Property Management has been uncooperative with me. It is the duty of this management group to shovel the walks and driveways of this community on a regular basis which they do only sporadically. Their employees are very rude and unpersonable to say the least. They failed to fully investigate the situation and simply took the word of my land lord. I only wished to pay the dues which were not even my legal responsibility.
