Lube Alley has been my go-to place for oil changes since moving to Bozeman 4 years ago. However, in December of 2018 they showed me some dirty transmission fluid (like they usually do) and recommended a flush. I had just had the transmission flushed in March, so that was clearly an attempt to up sell me a service my car did not need. In addition, they claim to top off all fluids but just a few days after the oil change, on the highway between Bozeman and Belgrade, in yucky slushy winter soup driving conditions, my wiper fluid ran out. When I called to ask them if they fill wiper fluid with oil changes the tech assured me that they do. NOPE! It put my safety in jeopardy as I could barely see out of my windshield by the time I made it to the next exit, to a gas station, where I purchased wiper fluid. And then filled the reservoir in freezing, wet, windy weather. I will never go to Lube Alley again.
