Jonny’s Appliance Repair is a family-owned business, which originated in 2005, that provides superior customer service and repair solutions for small businesses and private individuals alike. The focus of our work at Jonny’s is always centered on first-time repair solutions and ongoing support for commercial and home appliance/TV maintenance. While our beginnings were humble-growing quickly from a home-based business to a 15 employee operation-we have never lost our roots of hiring from local talent and fostering a “family” atmosphere.

The tenant scheduled a service man from Jonny's to come to the house in March. The tenant was told that it needed a new thermostat. The owner, me, then called Jonny's and ordered the part and paid for it. I also asked them to call me when it came in so I could arrange with the tenant to get in the house for the repair. It was months with no call. I finally called them and was told they had lost the model number. I tried several other times to get the part ordered and was always told, months later that they had lost the model # again. As of the middle of May, I still don't have any phone calls from them and no part. When I asked the tenant in June how the fridge was working, I was told that it still hadn't been fixed. I call the repair shop again and they finally go install the part. When I am at the house 2 weeks later, the refrigerator still doesn't work.
It took 4 months for them to even order the part, which, we paid for upfront. They never returned phone calls. They came out once and said to try something else to fix the fridge, which did NOT work. We use this as a rental and realized 4 months later that they never installed the part and the fridge was still not working. I called about this and asked to have a full refund since they never actually did anything. I was told absolutely not. I asked to pay for the part but be reimbursed for the rest and again, they refused. I was then told to not bother them any more about this issue because they don't have time to deal with this kind of "*&^%".
We are now disputing this with our credit card company. It was 5 months of infuriating run around leaving us with a $184 bill and a refrigerator that still doesn't work!
This company is nothing but rude and scams people out of money.
