I was pleased that they were so responsive and organized. I called during the busy season and reached a receptionist right away. She scheduled a time for them to come out in two days. They worked around my schedule, which was tremendously helpful. A past company that we used was difficult to get ahold of, unreliable about showing up, and uncomfortably brusque. I appreciated that JD Sprinklers was easy to work with. The technician showed up ten minutes ahead of schedule, and was polite and quick. I'll definitely use them again.
