His inspection was very comprehensive and he took the time to go through all his findings with us after he had completed the inspection. The inspection report was very user friendly as it highlighted the issues to be addressed with photos to make it even clearer. He obviously knows his stuff, is easy to work with and is a great communicator! I

Steve Hunter was extremely patient in asking a lot of my questions about the long term repercussions of things he found during the inspection. It really helped me to assess if that property would meet my own goals, and what extra expenses I might have waiting for me if I purchased that property. He also was clear and thorough in explaining radon results, characteristics of older wiring in the house, and potential repairs required by patches on the roof.
