Heaven's Best, started in 1983 by Cody Howard, is an international carpet cleaning company based out of Rexburg, Idaho. The reason we started Heaven's Best is because we saw a need for a different type of carpet cleaning, one that wouldn't take days or even hours to dry. Unlike most carpet cleaning processes, which are done through water-extraction, Heaven's Best uses a special technique that allows for faster drying times.

Excellent service. We have three dogs and our carpets looked brand new when he was finished. One of our dogs had thrown-up on our sofa and although I cleaned it myself with an over-the-counter spray there were still stains; Heaven's Best cleaned it and now that also looks brand new. The cleaning also smelled fresh and clean and took away a slightly musty smell present in the basement.

I have lived in Bozeman since 1999 and have used several carpet cleaning services over the years. Heaven's Best of Bozeman is by far the best I have ever used. Don and Steve were professional and took the time to do a thorough job. For the time spent and bases covered, the price was not bad at all! I will definitely be using them going forward.

Mark and Renae were very professional, something that has been lost along the way with a lot of businesses. They came in and introduced themselves, evaluated what needed to be done, and went right to work. They are a great team and I highly recommend them!!!!

I had 2 other carpet cleaners attempt to clean the carpet to remove the pet odor. After multiple attempts each prior cleaner said the carpets would have to be replaced. Heaven's Best stayed on the job until the odor was eradicated.

Prompt setting up bid visit.. On time. Friendly and knowledgable. Showed up on time for actual appointment. Carpets look fantastic, look new.. got stain out in workout room nicely. Excellent value. Nice guys as well.

Heaven's Best was able to come out and provide an estimate the same day I called, arriving during the time window we had agreed upon. They were very professional and courteous taking the time to explain the cleaning process and fee schedule. Provider called the day of the appointment to confirm the time and then arrived approximately 30 minutes later than discussed. This slight inconvenience was more than made up for by the quality of the work. Carpets were heavily soiled in some areas and had pet stains. The process included vacuuming, cleaning, raking and removing the stains/odors. Carpets dried very quickly and looked great! I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service - responded to my request for a quote quickly, showed up on time for the appointment, and did a great job cleaning the carpets. No muss, no fuss. Would definitely utilize in the future.
