Faithful Friends Animal Clinic

I really love Dr. Rain. He is a very nice man and takes very special care of our dog. He gets to the dogs level and tries to develop a special bond with the dog before beginning. The other vet (Randi Giddings) is not at all like Dr. Rain. She is not friendly and does not try to develop a relationship with the animal. She acts like she's still in school and over explains everything, which does not comfort the paying customer. Next time I go back I will specifically ask for Dr. Rain.

I love this office.  Dr. Doug is fantastic and his technician staff is so friendly and helpful.  I have been using the services of this clinic for the past 6 months and I'm very satisfied with their qualifications.  The vet always takes as much time as you need and he answers all questions thoroughly.  The technicians are so friendly and you can tell that they truly love animals.  My cat is doing well and healing nicely from her surgery.

All the staff were very nice and friedly and seemed to genuinly love their jobs.The vet was very kind and gentle with my kitten. My kitten was very ill so they had to keep her for observation overnight. The vet actually said he would take her home with him and keep a very close eye on how she was doing.The next day she was doing better and I was able to bring her home. The vet was very thorough and gave me every detail on what happened, when and how much she ate, etc. I was blown away! Also, their cost was WAY below what I had expected for the level of care! My kitten made a full recovery.

The husky didn't make and had to be put down but from that day forward due to his kind and competent manner our animals go to Faithful Friends for all their veterinarian needs.
