They had to drop us back on the date for when they would call to do the work, but once arranged, stayed on track. They came with a portable air compressor for blowing out the sprinkler system, knew how to work the system at the box.
I helped them out by shutting off the water to the system in our crawl space, and where the blow out connection is.
They blew the system out and I paid them by check after some friendly small talk and he was on his way to the next house.
A good experience all around.
