I found CB & Associates through an Internet search. There are many surveyors who have reviews. Craig had a few. I contacted him via email, and we began a discussion about doing a boundary survey for some property I had just purchased. I also wanted a topo survey for an area of the property where I was planning to build a house. Craig was very responsive and did the job within a very short time after we agreed on what I wanted. He provided the builder and me with digital files and filed it with the county. It was all done very professionally and quickly. I couldn’t have asked for more. Surveys are not inexpensive. I checked our contracted price with others who have had surveys done and Craig’s price seemed very fair. I will contact him for any future surveys, and I recommend you do too. Highly recommended.
