Speedy Lube was busy that day but when I got in line someone promptly greeted me, took my information, and suggested that I move to another line which would probably be faster. The waiting area has looked the same (even same toys from 12 years ago that my son used to play with) but it is appropriately sized with a TV, restroom, comfortable chairs and reading materials. The staff keeps moving in order to keep the line moving. I have never felt like they were trying to up sell or cheat me. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I was getting my van fixed up and ready to sell. I went to the dealership to get an oil change and they told me it needed a transmission flush but through them it was going to cost an arm and a leg. I called around and found out Speedy Lube did it for 1/3 of the price. I've had generally great experiences with them in the past but hadn't used them in awhile. I went and everything worked out great. It was quick and painless and I really appreciate the cost and service that was provided.

These guys are always great. They preform a complete oil job and do not push you with extras that other oil change businesses insist on. Quick, easy, great hours. Close to coffee shops if you don't want to sit in their lobby and wait.
