Professional, made me feel like I was the most important client ever.

I called every place in town and either their rates were too high or they couldn't get me into their shop for weeks. Jeff got me into his shop right away, gave me a fair price on a rebuilt transmission and had my car up and running again in a matter of days. I highly recommend this shop for transmission needs.

I called Jeff with what I thought were transmission problems. I described the symptoms over the phone. It was 8:00. He said bring it in right away, which I did. Upon arriving at his shop, he brought out his diagnostic equipment and ran the codes while talking with me. There were no codes. He then drove around with the diagnostics working on the truck. Again no codes and no problems. He explained why my transmission reacted the way it did, and how to prevent the problems. He felt there was nothing wrong with the transmission. He would not accept payment, even though I told him another transmission shop wanted to replace the transmission at a cost of over $3000. He just asked that I send work his way when I need it, and I definitely will! Professional, courteous, respectful - qualities of times gone by, that Jeff possesses.

Jeff was able to get me in within a week and performed the diagnosis. After I arrived for the appointment, he quickly got the car up on the lift and he began his check. He determined that the sounds were probably not the result of a transmission problem but while he was under it he fixed several things (re-secured plastic shields/barriers). He was very professional, maintains a clean shop, and didn't charge me for his half hour of time. I will not hesitate to go back to him again if something happens with my transmission.
