Fireplace Service
I had Bares move my gas fireplace over a few feet to accommodate a new sofa. Afterwards I kept smelling gas. At first we thought it was from the kitchen stove. After a month or so we realized it was from the fireplace and asked them to come take a look at it. They came and repaired the leak but their service man claimed we had somehow damaged the fitting in back of the stove. We complained to the owner. The owner called us and told us she trusted the service man more than us and insisted we were responsible. We went ahead paid for athe service call, but I will never use Bares again.
